Scomm Digital Project is an E-commerce website platform designed by a graduate of the Computer Science Department, University of Benin. The scope of the study was also initiated by an amiable lecturer of the department aimed at meeting the needs of student within the University campus and been able to purchase goods and services from the comfort of their hostel and swift delivery of the ordered products to the appropriate destination.
